''Alright, I'll ask her but I fear she won't accept for she hates me greatly.''

~Would protest Melkor as he remembered about her feelings towards him pretty well.~

Methros yells "Gaia, Show this fool the way of man for 1000 years keep him alive and let no man lay a finger on him unless he wishes it!"

~Gaia nodded her head and carry out Methros' wishes. Melkor was stunned as he saw that he had lost all his powers in a split second.~

''That's alright, I'll live as a man for 1000 years but I still have a question: will I be forced to accompany you on your mission? I mean no offense for it's only but a simple query.''

~Would say Melkor as he carefully chose his words.~

Methros says "If that is what you wish but you know that you will be able to feel pain like a human so this may be a new experience for you"

~Melkor said nothing for a short while as he grabbed his mace with his left hand. He grew nervous as he thought about Methros' words but deep down, he felt it right to help them as much as possible.~

''Being without my powers is yet a new experience and I thik it'll be interesting to see how I deal with that new world. Since I still feel guilty and keep to my own word, I've decided that I was going to help you in your... erm... mission. I suppose you didn't come alone on that... Quest?''

~Would ask Melkor thoughtfully.~

Methros looks at him and says "No they are over there follow me" and he walks toward his freinds

~Lucky, Faal and Diablo were talking about the earthquake, unaware of what had transpired from Methros' side.~

''Do you think it meant that something extremely bad had entered the world?''

~Would ask Faal.~

''Yes, it means that the Dark Enemy is back from the Void.''

~Would respond Diablo gravely.~

''I don't feel his powers at work.''

~Would state Lucky.~

''Hmm... talking about that, I too didn't sense his influence he should have in the world.''

~Would retort the Lord of Terror thoughtfully.~

''What Gaia wanted us to do with that strange amulet?''

~Would ask Lucky as he glared at the strange thing.~

''I honestly don't know.''

~Would respond Faal.~

''That stone in the middle... it's coming from the stolen Silmarils.''

~Would declare the Fallen Angel as he studied the stone closely.~

''The Silmarils contained the Fate of the World. They were lost in air, water and earth. The only way to retrieve them would be to destroy this planet.''

~Would explain Diablo for he deemed his companions should know that information as well at that moment to understand the true importance of the rage stone.~

''Look at the man that is following Methros.''

~Would say Lucky as he noticed the newcomer.~

''Hmm... he looks like the Dark Enemy and it's impossible that a man has that high.''

~Would comment the Lord of Terror suspiciously as he glared at the newcomer.~

''I just hope he isn't who I suspect him to be.''

~Would say Faal. Melkor whom was following Methros has excellent hearing that allows him to hear more than humans and as he heard those words from them, he froze on the spot and his eyes were filled with a thick mist.~

''They know who I am. They're going to try to kill me without hesitations.''

~Would think Melkor sadly as the wound deep within him ached again, sending to him great tendrils of pain. The Ancient God tried to be strong and forced himself to advance.~

''Be strong, it's not time to return in the comfort and relief I'm longing for so desperately. After all, they are only but mere humans.''

~Would think Melkor bitterly as he still followed Methros slowly.~

''My name is Lucky, second son of Lucifer. Here are Diablo, Lord of Terror and Faal, King of Ice.''

~Would say the Fallen Angel before Maril appeared.~

''These five are under the protection of Gaia and I, Maril, her husband. Watch your words or they could be your last ones.''

~Would menace the ancient God as he came to protect them.~

''I'm an Ancient God!''

~Would exclaim Maril as he glared at the second-lord of the Cobalt Knights.~

''Euh... I think we're in troubles. I don't know of what you're talking about for I've been gone from this world for such a long time and I think I'll need to introduce myself to you for I'm one of the ones that didn't speak to you yet. I'm Melkor, an Ancient God but let's just say that I'm not in position to show you proof because I have to live without my powers of 1000 years.''

~Would say Melkor for he didn't know what to say.~

''We've been brought here due to the threat of Mellyan into the world by Gaia herself in the flesh. We have no ill intentions upon you.''

~Would reply Lucky as he tried to calm the tension between them.~

Methros says "We were just leaving"

~As he heard Methros' words, Maril decided to teleport them into his home on Earth, away from the lands of the Cobalt Knights. It was an ancient castle surrounded by a great city around strong walls looking white as crystal.~

''Here, you'll be safe for that's Finya, my realm and my will is law here.''

~Would state Maril quietly.~

''Thanks, Maril, it's very appreciated.''

~Would say a thankful and relieved Lucky.~

''Yeah, thanks.''

~Would reply Diablo before turning his attention on Melkor.~

''You told them lies for you can't be the Dark Enemy.''

~Would state the Lord of Terror.~

''Unfortunately, I told them no lies. I'm Melkor, Master of Doom and greatest of the Ancient Gods but as I told them, I can't provide any proof because I've lost my powers for 1000 years.''

~Would say Maril's brother.~

''Why would you be willing to aid us?''

~Would demand Faal for he understood the situation quickly.~

''Because I did enough evil deeds in this world and I wish to do good around me for I'm fed up to be seen as the Dark Enemy.''

~Would retort Melkor.~

''Alright, we'll take you with us but if you try to betray us, we'll kill without any hesitation.''

~Would menace Faal.~

''I'll keep that in mind.''

~Would say Melkor calmly as he glared at him.~

Methros looks and says "they are probably going to find us if we leave and try to stop us from are quest but we need rest for now"

''YOU DARE TO TRESSPASS MY LANDS!''

~Would yell a furious Maril. Gaia felt her husband's rage and decided to make an appearance.~

''Calm down, love. I'll deal with them for I'm responsible for what happened, not you.''

~Would say Gaia before to turn to face the newcomers.~

''I'm Gaia, Goddess of Earth and the one you call nameless is not so nameless for he's Maril, my husband, God of Truth and Wisdom. It's I who brought them to the lands of Gods. All my apologies for I ignored that things have changed so much for I thought him and I were still welcome in these lands we've both helped to make.''

~Would declare the goddess quietly as she brought them explanations before pausing.~

''You should know that we're under the threat of Mellyan and that you should show more respect to Maril for you're now on his lands and his will is law.''

~Would add Gaia softly as Maril calmed down.~

''Plus, you got no reason to try to eliminate me for I'm a being of light from the Ancient Days, back in the time of the creation of the world.''

~Would state Maril, unaware that Melkor came forth slowly.~

''There's indeed a nameless character in the world. He's hidden, hidding his time, waiting for the right moment to raise from ashes. I know that for I've defeated him once, long ago. Can't you see we're trying to protect the world against evil?''

~Would ask Melkor in a neutral tone, his eyes still hazy which meant that he was suffering greatly deep inside.~

Methros appears beside them and says "Your laws matter not to us in this land"

''This is between them and I, Methros. You should take rest and let us deal with those intruders.''

~Would say Gaia to him softly for she wasn't kind of harsh person. Once it was said, she returned her attention on the intruders.~

Methros says to Gaia "if they attack they will die by my blade"

''We'll see in time for I wish to avoid violence as much as possible.''

~Would say Gaia softly with such wisdom to Methros.~

Methros looks down on them and says "Well by the way they followed us here they may want to fight"

''They have no right to claim a battle here for you're under the right of asylum.''

~Would declared Maril for he knows his own laws by heart.~

''He's right for you've asked us to leave and that's what we've just done so you own no right to fight us here for these lands are no asylum for evil.''

~Would add the God of Truth and Wisdom quietly.~

''My husband is right and you should know that that stone is useless against us, beings of light. You have to return in your lands except if you have some offer to make to help those five in their fight.''

~Would reply Gaia as she adressed to the intruders. It was at that moment that a new face appeared.~

''Tell me, do you know where is King Faal of Ice?''

~He would ask calmly.~

''Who may you be?''

~Would ask Maril.~

''I'm Braal, Lord of Chaos, King of Barbaras and of Asha'man. I've come as soon as I've heard about what's transpiring in the world.''

~Would say the new face as he told them his name.~
